About NJA HR Consulting
Nick has dedicated his entire career to working with Canadian not-for-profits, Charities and international development/humanitarian aid organizations. With more than 20 years of senior human resources and consultancy experience in the delivery and management of human resources, governance and knowledge management, Nick has a keen awareness of the challenges associated with managing the Human Resources function in both large and small Canadian organizations and with the vital role that HR must play in enabling organizational success.
Nick's experience includes seven years as Vice President of Human Resources at CARE Canada, multiple assignments with the Canadian Red Cross and with Digital Opportunity Trust as Director, Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness.
As a consultant, Nick works closely with clients to understand their needs in order to be able to identify tailored solutions that are both practical and implementable to a variety of HR related issues.
Nick has experience bringing solutions to multi-national organizations operating in Canada and overseas.
